Sweet Buns

Baking fever is getting to me. No not the ordinary sugee cake etc, but something not in my comfort zone like baking kueh lapis, souffle and today decided to try my hand at making bread again. I was about to give up the idea of making bread totally when I decided to look through my so called “library” of recipe books and stumbled upon “The World of Bread” by Alex Goh. Followed the recipe to the “T” and was quite happy with the soft buns that I made. The texture of the buns remained the same even the next day.

Its you again!! I think the recipe is meant for Liz to try and bake it for you. You can then have 20 buns instead of 10. Haha
